At Tea Quest, we pack every order with care so your tea journey begins the moment it leaves our hands.

We process orders quickly and deliver across the U.S. in about 3–8 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on the way. 

• Orders under $60 ship for a flat $6
• Orders $60+ ship free
• Express delivery is available for $15
  

Return
We want you to shop with confidence. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping, and items marked “final sale” are not returnable. Starting a return is easy—just find your order, and follow the steps.

If something isn’t right—your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect—let us know within 14 days (with a quick photo) and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.

Refund
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
