Aged White Pearl
Product details
Product Overview
Nine pearls of naturally aged white tea (since 2013), sourced from the misty mountains of Fujian, China. Carefully compressed and slowly transformed over the years, each pearl is a small treasure of time and patience. As it unfurls, it reveals warmth, smoothness, and quiet depth—a gift from nature and aging alike.
Tasting Notes
The liquor glows a bright amber-orange, silky and layered with notes of ripe jujube, soft honey, and a whisper of alpine herbs. Time has mellowed the edges, leaving a sweet, calming finish that lingers gracefully.

- Use fresh spring or filtered water for the best flavor.
- Water temperature: cooler for green/white (185–195°F | 85–90°C), hotter for black & Pu’er (200–212°F | 95–100°C).
- Start with 1–2 tsp (or 1 piece) per 6–8 oz cup.
- (Optional) Quick rinse (5 sec) to “wake up” the leaves before the first brew.
- Steep to taste (1-5 min) — shorter for lighter flavor, longer for stronger.
- Quality teas can be re-steeped several times, each cup revealing new character.
- Compressed teas (tea cakes, balls, etc.), white tea, and ripe Pu’er can be brewed longer or gently simmered to unfold deeper layers.
- Keep tea away from light, moisture, and strong odors.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Many teas, especially white and Pu’er, develop beautifully with age.
